At the end of the course, participants should be able to

1.Establish a Unified Framework: Participants will develop a shared vision and set of values to guide the One Health approach, ensuring a unified framework for inter-agency and cross-sectoral collaboration. They will also be able to clearly articulate a common purpose and set objectives that align with the contribution of each party involved.

2.Foster Inclusive and Effective Communication: Participants will gain the skills to engage all relevant stakeholders inclusively, creating platforms for interaction and solution development. They will understand the importance of effective communication, information sharing, and distribution to facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue and action.

3.Resource Optimization and Sustainable Practices: Participants will learn strategies for resource mobilization to support the One Health approach effectively, recognizing the limitations and finding ways to maximize the impact of available resources. They will also be able to adapt to changing scenarios and sustain collaboration and partnership efforts over time to support ongoing health security.
